Subject to these terms, we offer refunds on the purchase of goods but not on the provision of services. Our returns period lasts for 14 days from the date you receive your item. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if more than 14 days have passed since delivery.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us safely.
